Scrappy Go Lucky "strut your cuts" Challenge 4& 5

Its been a busy few weeks...kids are back at school & after school activities have begun
This week over at scrappy go lucky we are upto challenge 5! I only had one cartridge in the list so went with Paisley. As its nearly valentines day i decided to make a valentines day card or 2!

i also made a valentines day card using Sawyer's place red & white hearts tapes....lots of easy loving!!

above is week 4 challenge using best of pixar cart i made a best fishes card...also decorated some folders for my son starting school full time for the first time!

summer fun layout...when its cold outside!!

well as you all know its winter in australia...so what can i do to feel warm again?

My son is actually down at the beach today with his class learning about how to protect the sand dunes & how to keep the beaches tidy!! i bet its cold down there as its very WINDY today!!

frosted designs fabulous friday challenge

i just did this layout for the fabulous Friday challenge...tomorrow is friendship day so in honour of that Frosted Designs wanted everyone to do a layout, card ect on friendship! If you want to join in & have a chance of winning a fab prize head on over to Frosted Designs blog

As im doing my high school photos i decided to scrap a page of us all together when we were in year 10....we had been friends since year 8...and although life now has taken us in different directions we still keep in contact in some form or another!

I cut out the frogs from Paisley cricut cartridge...one at 4inches the other at 3.5inches.....I also got to try out my new Sew easy Loop'de'loop head...i also i rocked in several places and used my threading water punch....I embossed the frogs tummys by inking them blue & using some sparkle embossing powder...same with the word "crazy" which summed us up as high school friends.

paisley cards

hi all

I finished making the cards i had started on the weekend....with most things i always get interrupted so im glad i have got them done & now i have a clear spot on my kitchen table!

Its been raining most of today & HEAPS last night...it was great as we so needed some rain!

winter is approaching!!

Its starting to get chilly & the warm clothes have been pulled out ready for winter....its supposed to rain tomorrow & into the week!
I won an embossing folder the other day from 'Me 'n' miss pink cricuts blog...it arrived yesterday & today i got to crack it open & run it through my pink cuttlebug!
I also used my pink cricut to cut some cutie shapes from Paisley cartridge....the russian doll 3 & the ladybug!

I also made a clock for my daughter to practice on from the My community cart...but she ran off with it before the camera came out so no pics!

Well im going to go do some more cricutting before i put the kids to bed!!
