getting on with it

Hi
its been awhile since my last post...so much has happened in the last week....its now school holidays for winter & gosh is it cold!!
On Tuesday i went to my cousins funeral.....it was a lovely service & you could tell he was loved by all that met him....It was nice reminiscing on all the good & funny things he has done & the blessing of 2 beautiful children...one of which was looking so content in his grandpa's arms snuggled asleep.
We all got to place a carnation on his coffin & later went & releases blue & white balloons...his little girl didnt want to let hers go ♥

On weds we had my daughters last dance class for the term & they then did a performance for the parents...she did really well!!!

Friday i missed out on seeing my little ones dance performance as the real estate was running late so i had to stay home.....lucky my wonderful husband took photos & video

yesterday i finally got onto the challenges i have written down....here is my entry for the Scrap the boys July challenge....you can enter too by going to scrap the boys

For this challenge you had to include TAPE & the word PLAY in the title.....i had some decorative tape for quite some time so im glad i used some more of it...its a simple & clean layout...& didnt take long to create at all...which was good as i had to go to the shops before they shut yesterday!! lol

Another one i got done was for Stuff 2 Scrap's july challenge....still cant believe we are in july already!! If you want to enter head on over to Stuff 2 Scrap
The challenge was

To create a page/card/otp with some of MY favorite things
1. paint/ink/sprays
2. masking/stamping
3. circles
4. chipboard
5. layering
You ONLY need to use a minimum of 3 of the above items mentioned, any amount.

So i used Ink, Stamping & circles

So thats what ive been upto this week.....getting on with it...life keeps on going...you might as well be part of it
