Scrappy Go Lucky "strut your cuts" Challenge 3

Hi
Well I have had such a busy week & only just got to do the challenge yesterday
Head on over to Scrappy go lucky to see what carts you can use this week ...but hurry as its nearly closed for this week!!

Here is my entry using the only cart i had on the list...B is for Boy

Im slowly getting all my kids baby photos done...i don't think i will ever finish!!
I used some Sawyer's Place Washi tape....i do love that hearts & clouds washi!!

I also made a vinyl sticker to put on my kids files for school...I used some Brushed silver metal look vinyl using rock princess & i think it was basecamp for the words

The weather here in Western Australia has been a bit strange...the other day we had a wild thunderstorm...we were out in it as my kids had swim lessons down at the beach ...but im not insane..i made them stay in the car as the lightning & thunder crashed around us & my husband went to see if they had been cancelled or not...crazily they were not but there was no way i was letting my precious kids out into the weather!!! As it was as we just got up the street the car got pelted with lots of rain & hail & massive flashes of lightning & the wind was very strong!

This pic i took from our car shows how flooded the roads became along with turf farms being underwater in a matter of minutes...the tree shows just how crazy the wind was blowing!

I am going to do some washing today & then maybe get my scrap on!!
The new list is up for the week ahead over at scrappy go lucky...so im off to read what carts i might have!!

Scrappy Go Lucky "strut your cuts" Challenge 2 & oh my WASHI!!!

Hi
Well its week 2 for the Scrappy Go Lucky Challenge!!
This week i managed to use all 5 of the carts!

Create a Critter

Rock Princess

Home Decor

Cuttin’ Up

Graphically Speaking

Its quite a different take on christmas photos...but it was such a struggle to get my eldest to stand next to santa....I think it might be our last Shop Santa photo for him...which makes this one Priceless!!

As a design team member for Sawyer's Place, I received some fun washi tape exclusive to Sawyer's Place to have a play with!
I have made some cute robot cards using the Titus Range of Washi tape

I used the Collection of washi tape to create a robot using the offcut from the other one!! It saved throwing it out & looks quite good...i will add a sentiment to the card when i use it as it could be for a get well or a happy birthday!

Isnt it the CUTEST boy range ever!!!

Other Designs i played with are Hearts & clouds..its so so sweet!!

I love how easy washi tape is to use!!
It is very hot here today & Im melting away....

wedding present using washi tape!

Hi all

Well now that my cousin has said her vows i can now post a pic of the frame i decorated for them....as she is on the other side of the country i hope that it made it to her safe & sound
I used Sawyer's Place washi tapes to decorate the shadow box frame & a cricut cut...i think it was from Phrases...but dont quote me on that!

love the insanity script washi tape & the hearts tape...you can find it over at Sawyer's Place along with lots of other great designs & new ones coming soon!

Scrappy Go Lucky "strut your cuts" Challenge 1

Hi
Welcome to the new year!! Its now the second day of 2012 & i finally got a chance to turn miss pink on!! lol
We went to the beach yesterday & had a great time chillaxing on the sand & watching the kids splash about in the waves while my husband had a try at fishing....he doesnt do so well but he keeps on trying anyway!

Happy New Year 2012!!

I love watching the waves crash along the beach and the foamy water reaches further along as the tide gets bigger

Today i cleaned out a shelf to make way for my cricut cartridges....im running out of storage ...yet i continue to keep buying!!

So over at Scrappy Go Lucky they are having a "strut your cuts" Challenge this year to get us all to use our cartridges! I had wanted to do this myself last year....but i failed on my own.....maybe with a whole heap of us i may be inspired to keep at it! If you want to join in at anytime just head on over to Scrappy-go-lucky & check out what Cartridges are being used for the week!

here is My entry:

I used Songbird and used the birdcage & also the Birthday is songbird welded together on my gypsy....i then used a border punch and some ribbon & a rhinestone for the birds eye! This will be for my sister as her birthday is this month!

thanks for stopping by!
